The Cherry Family Office (CFO) is a single family office managing a diversified portfolio of owned assets in public and private investments and fee-based assets under management (AUM). CFO and its affiliates manage over $110mln in AUM.

With over 36 years of investment experience across several business cycles, dozens of industries, and thousands of companies, we seek superior risk-adjusted returns. Our focus is on generating current income, long-term growth, and preservation of capital.

We specialize in corporate and real estate investments. In our corporate strategies, we have analyzed and invested in securities in every part of the capital structure and in all stages of company life cycles. In our real estate investments we focus on controlling individual properties, repositioning these properties and self-managing their operations and finances.

Our single largest allocation is in multi-family private equity real estate, which we believe offers the best risk/reward in the real estate sector and is a core holding of CFO. We believe that owning our real estate operating company, MCMG Management LLC which manages both our real estate investments and our property operations, differentiates us and generates superior risk-adjusted returns for us and our co-investors.

The Cherry Family Office and its affiliates also contributes to and makes grants from its donor advised fund, The Cherry Family Charitable Fund. The fund primarily supports preserving natural environmental habitats, reducing human suffering, and supporting Israel’s right to exist.
